Commission based - uncapped

Pepper Stark  has been focusing for the last 4.5 years in recruiting for the stock photography industry: placing sales, marketing, creative, production & executive level candidates worldwide. The company is now looking to expand into further media sectors.

We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants, who have a proven track record of recruitment in a media sector and are confident in their contact network and ability to build a new desk from scratch. These are commissioned based roles for people who operate autonomously and are incentivized by commission and the opportunity to earn large uncapped salaries. For the first three months commission will be paid at 50% of all revenue generated and at 30% thereafter. Pepper Stark will provide marketing and technical support and an existing database of qualified media candidates.
