This company offering this franchise opportunity in the North American market is a premium Rights Managed image agency that specializes in exceptionally high-resolution location shoots with a focus on landscape, urban scenes and street photography. These very high resolution location sets are currently being sold to a base of advertising, corporate and editorial cliental in the company’s local market and the potential for sales of this photographic collection beyond this one market is vast.

These location sets with GPS data offer a variety of perspectives and angles of the same image, allowing the client to create alternative layouts in order to find the perfect result. These images are currently being used as backgrounds in high value high profile corporate advertising campaigns and marketing. With compositing, designers are able to superimpose company products and models onto these stunning backdrops. Additionally this company also produces HDR Spheres for CGI production and the creation of realistic 3D objects. Corporate clients are currently using this technology to create photos of future  products generated without the need to manufacture or take pictures of prototypes or mock-ups and in advertising the technology is being employed for creative product orchestration and specifically the creation of idealized scenes or fantasy environments. The uses for these HDR Spheres and 3D images are increasing fast and this company works with the top photographers in this area of specialty. 

This photo production agency currently has no representation or direct presence in the US market and is offering an individual, based there, the opportunity to be its franchise partner in this market. The franchisee will be provided with the agency’s online technology and e-commerce sales platform including backoffice system for managing client accounts, controlling licensing and offline payments.

For an agreed revenue share, the franchisee will invest and conduct the local sales and marketing activities for the US business and actively sell this high quality content portfolio to the North American art buying market with a particular focus on the buyers at advertising agencies, .post-production companies, magazines and key corporate clients including technology and logistic providers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical and automotive companies and tourism

To be a successful franchise partner for this company we require the following:

• Experience of running your own business
• Indepth knowledge of the stock photography market
• Experience of selling rights managed content to the commercial image buying sector including expertise in pricing, image licensing and copy write
• Current agency, post-production and key corporate contacts with the US market
• Knowledge of client budgets and experience at negotiating high value image sales
• Strong new business development skills
• Presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and self-driven
