How we work

Our consultants at Pepper Stark are all experienced industry experts. We aim to be consultants to both our clients and candidates. We can offer our clients advice on creating job roles, writing job descriptions and detail on current salary bands. We also offer employers an industry perspective on how candidates view their brand and company.

We have an extensive international database of highly qualified and selected candidates. We interview all our candidates in person before putting them forward to a client. If we are recruiting overseas and have not been able to meet in person, we will conduct a thorough telephone interview.

Our aim is to save our clients time and money, alleviating their administrative load of recruiting as much as possible. We work fast to source and select only relevant qualified candidates to put forward and will only forward a candidate’s details once we have checked with the candidate that they are a good match for the role; both in skills, experience and personality and that they have requested that we put them forward.

We are confident we can source our clients first-rate candidates that wouldn’t approach them directly.

We don’t aim to send CVs across just for sending a number of candidates as we believe this wastes your time. We will be selective in our choice of candidates for a role. All necessary advertising will be undertaken by Pepper Stark on our clients’ behalf in order to do all we can to find the most relevant and suitable candidates available as quickly as possible.

Our business has grown exponentially through word of mouth from happy clients and candidates alike. This is something we hope to continually increase.

We never headhunt staff from our clients.
