Recruitment:

Client recruitment services

We specialise in recruiting for the global stock photography, creative and media industries and have an extensive knowledge of organisations and people within these sectors. We recruit at all levels and our job vacancies cover sales, marketing, creative, design and production worldwide and we aim not just to fit skills and experience but personalities and cultures.

We recruit for permanent, contract and temporary staff.

Our service:

Contingency search

We offer our clients a contingency search service where we conduct file searches from our extensive international CV database, use our vast contact network to source candidates and advertise locally and nationally to find you the right candidates. Our fee is only payable when we are successful in finding you a person you go on to employ.

Additional benefits of the Pepper Stark recruitment service at no extra cost:

  • We can conduct first interviews on behalf of our clients to deliver them just a very select shortlist of interviewees for second interview

  • We can provide an interview room for clients from abroad or who prefer to interview at a neutral venue

  • We offer a half day induction course on the stock photography industry for all candidates we place with clients who have come from outside this industry

Retained search

We offer a retained search for clients who would like us to forward them top level talent across any of our commercial or creative disciplines as soon as they approach us as being available. A retained search is also offered to clients who ask us to advertise their brand on their behalf.
