We’ll invite you in for an interview and take the time to discuss your career aspirations in person to ensure we fully understand your background, skills and experience and discuss relevant job opportunities with you.

We are happy to advise candidates how they can get into the stock photography industry or move into the wider creative media sectors into which we recruit. We give advice on CV writing, interview tips and career advice as requested and fully brief you on the company, role and interview process before all interviews we arrange for you.

We hope that if you apply for a role via us and if it is the right role for you, then we will be able to get you in front of the client, when a direct CV application alone may not do you justice and get you that interview. As respected industry consultants, we can explain to a client on your behalf why you would be particularly good in that role when this might not be immediately visible on your CV: it could be personality, approach, or just detailed experience in a particular role that isn’t prominent on the CV.
