Position: Sales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading global suppliers of visual content. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, preferably with experience of managing teams within the stock photography or wider media industries.


You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the corporate teams of salespeople to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. You should consistently seek opportunities to increase service levels and add value. You will assist the Director of Sales in developing a sales culture that values trustworthiness, openness, and solutions based thinking in every aspect of management; provide solutions to reduce operating costs and increase productivity and efficiency; provide feedback in an open and honest dialogue to various business partners such as marketing, content development, product development and other internal departments to ensure customer comments are heard and silos destroyed.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the sales team through use of effective coaching and feedback to ensure team consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets set by the SVP and Director of Sales. Always striving for new revenue growth opportunities in all areas of the business. Will be responsible for performance management.
  • Lead by example through mentoring and developing team members by having a clear understanding of various selling cultures, sales cycles, forecasting trends, business models and company policy and procedures. Understands the essence of discounting programs, up-selling licensing programs, increasing volume and average sales per unit.
  • Provide solutions to reduce operating costs and increase productivity and efficiency at all levels on the sales team. Constantly striving to expect optimal performance from sales team, providing innovative ways to motivate, inspire, build consensus and team atmosphere within the sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers to ensure the consistency in our service levels, revenue recognition programmes, incentive programmes that enhance both the team and the customer experience.
  • Champion Performance Management through providing honest and direct feedback that motivates and builds confidence within the team to meet or exceed performance in all areas including attitude, sales, training and development, personal development, and customer service.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years sales management experience
  • Bachelor degree ( BA/BS)
  • Industry related experience (stock photography, internet technology, publishing or advertising)
  • Strong Excel and MS Office Suites Applications

Position: Market Development Executive – Corporate
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 + commission (ote £60,000)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading global suppliers of visual content. This is an outbound sales-driven position responsible for increasing prospective revenue opportunities and achieving assigned sales quota.


The MDE identifies potential revenue opportunities through aggressive outbound sales techniques that focus on the development of new or emerging revenue streams that lead to maximized sales.  Directs all customer-facing sales/market development initiatives and is one of the highest-level customer-facing salespeople on the team. The MDE will be involved in client negotiations, pricing agreements and the request for proposal process.  Implements strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.  Works collaboratively with peers to ensure consistency in business planning, sales management, and achievement of revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify through market and customer profiling high potential revenue opportunities.  Hunt for new customer revenue from within market sector.
  • Develop and maximize outbound proactive sales methods including customer-facing sales presentations, phone sales, teleconference presentations and client briefings at trade shows, sponsor presentations and industry events.
  • Focus on solutions based selling-smaller bundled packaging of preferred pricing & content/distribution options.  High volume of customer visits.
  • Understand the client’s products and services. Leverage these products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Requires little supervision.
  • Strong outbound selling skills.
  • Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills.
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships necessary to deliver revenue results.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in outbound sales.
  • Demonstrated success in building new revenue business.

Position: Freelance Designer
Location: London
Salary: Negotiable

Our client is a young, ambitious and expanding stock photography producer. They are looking for a freelance designer who is able to work both online and offline, although the majority of the work will be online.


You will be creating monthly HTML emails that will be uploaded to the client’s email marketing site. You will also be creating banners, image galleries and other online marketing pieces for both the client’s direct sales operation and also for their distributor network.

You will be working on a freelance basis, ideally from our client’s office in central London (although working from home would also be a possibility).

This is an ongoing month-on-month role, starting in July and continuing for the foreseeable future. At this stage the amount of time required per month is flexible and open to negotiation – but is likely to be no more than 5 or 6 days per month.

A working knowledge of the stock photography industry would be an advantage but is not essential. More important is flexibility, sound technical knowledge and strong design skills.

Position: Creative Media Recruitment Consultant

At Pepper Stark we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our rapidly expanding media and design recruitment division.

We are looking for a candidate with a real passion and enthusiasm for developing a career as a Recruitment Consultant within the creative media industry. A background in design or design qualification is helpful as a large number of existing clients are design agencies or design related jobs within creative production departments of corporate companies, retail or advertising agencies. In addition we require a minimum one year’s sales experience gained in a design agency, creative media recruitment company or other creative media sales environment.

The focus of the role will be to build and develop relationships with Pepper Stark’s existing clients in this media, design and production sector: design agencies, in-house design studios, publishing houses, advertising agencies, image libraries, broadcasting companies and not for profit organisations. You will be expected to secure new job vacancies from the existing client base covering the spectrum of creative, production, design, sales and account management positions. You will then source, interview and select relevant candidates for vacancies generated and be responsible for hitting targets for new business generation and placements.

You will need to be ambitious, highly self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and network effectively. We are looking for excellent people skills, excellent presentation skills and a demonstrable ability to understand a client’s needs and what it takes to get the right candidate / client fit. First rate organisation skills, the ability to prioritize effectively as well as multi-task are prerequisites.

Position: Image Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + commission

The Image Sales Executive is responsible for building image sales by pro-actively seeking out new business from existing and new clients and by providing a first-rate research, negotiation and fulfilment service to commercial users including key clients. Position: Senior Account Manager

Salary: £30,000+ (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from either an agency or corporate background to work within the European Design Centre of a leading international financial consultancy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Being the main liaison between practice representatives and the European Design Centre
  • Taking briefs for major projects along with the Creative Director and making sure the project meets with the clients’ objectives.
