While we conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, and regulations, the strength in our company and service is the strength in our collective knowledge and the sharing of that knowledge and experience in a professional, ethical manner.
We protect our clients’ trust by adhering to our professional standards, ensuring we achieve the objectivity necessary in our work. We strive to ensure our independence is not compromised or perceived to be compromised.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We have a strict privacy and confidentiality policy in dealings with our clients. Unless authorised by the client, we do not use confidential information for personal use, Pepper Stark Ltd’s benefit or to benefit a third party. We disclose confidential information or personal data only when we are compelled to do so by legal, regulatory or professional requirements. We will keep any personal information provided by you securely on file, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Before taking on any work, we shall conduct appropriate checks, to ensure there are no conflicts of interest in any of the consultancy, training and recruitment services we take on. In particular, regarding our recruitment service, we do not approach any candidates who are working for our clients.
