Below are just a small selection of the various consultancy projects Pepper Stark has undertaken for its clients:

Pepper Stark conducted a market research project for a specialist image archive with offices in Europe into the US market. After this initial research into the buying requirements and needs of a cross section of US editorial and commercial clients, we were able to ascertain the sales potential for this collection in the US market. On the request of the client, we then devised a direct sales and marketing strategy for them to implement from their UK office in order to develop their brand awareness and sales in the US market. Within 18 months of implementation the direct sales from the US had reached those of sales office in the UK.

We have helped an established Rights Managed agency based in Germany create a new Royalty Free product line. We worked closely with them form initial conception of the creative strategy for maximum commercial impact in the established Royalty Free market, the creation of the brand, the technical requirements for the image files and metadata through to establishing options for routes to market: a direct sales operation and via an international distribution network. This is now a well established image brand in the international market and its sales revenues are increasing month on month.

We have helped an international image producer and distributor set up their UK office, including the recruitment of its Manager and sales team and we have helped a European image producer find franchise partners in the US, UK and Germany.

We have consulted with a leading international supplier of digital media content on the restructuring of their sales and account management teams for increased sales revenue and profitability, maximizing internal staff strengths in key account management and new business development.
