Golden Pixels LLC is a stock photography content company dedicated to the development, creation and procurement of new content. It was founded in 2006 by Kai Chang who has been in the industry for over twelve years.  A lot of distributors will already know Kai at a PACA and/or CEPIC conference and probably sold, distributed or, at the very least, come across much of the product that he had produced.

Kai founded the production studio at SuperStock in 1997 producing Royalty Free production that eventually became Eyewire and subsequently was absorbed into Photodisc.  Much of the material produced at SuperStock eventually became Purestock. Kai became Chief Operating Officer in 2001 responsible for the entire SuperStock operations which included sales & marketing, product development and strategy, as well as the company’s worldwide distribution network.

Kablonk! is a collection Kai has produced to sell in volume. Having produced, marketed and sold enough imagery, Kai knows what sells – lifestyles, people and business images that cater to the needs of the end user. bambooSIL
bambooSIL is a niche product that is so unique that it will be extremely difficult to replicate. bambooSIL brings you photographs of China, by the photographers of China.  This is as authentic and intimate as it gets. Click here to see a gallery of its images.

To create this collection, the vast country of China was canvassed, looking for photographers who are local with intimate knowledge of their surroundings, their people and their culture.  Being local, they have unfettered access and opportunities to get the most incredible imagery of the diverse peoples and places of China. These are most certainly not the typical photographs shot by Western travelers and/or tourists, “guai low” as they are called, from their tour buses.

Diana Ong
A lot of people are already familiar with the art of Diana Ong, a multi-talented, prodigious and even quirky artist.  For over twenty years, Diana’s works have graced the covers of multitudes of text books and magazines, and has formed the packaging of many a product.  Her works have also been extremely popular for the art itself, selling in great volumes as art posters, screen savers and as limited edition framed pieces.
